Easyupload.io is a content space provider as described in Turkish Internet Law 5651.

The Easyupload.io Terms of Service, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions of use which are incorporated herein by reference governs your access to and use of the Easyupload.io website, content, products and services provided to you on the easyupload.io website , (the "Services"). Regardless of you have an active subscription, you are a registered user, or you are simply downloading from a shared link or uploading a file of your own which does not require a registered account, all such actions with the easyupload.io website and use of any Service is an explicit acceptance of this Agreement signifying you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement which is a legally binding contract. We don’t claim any ownership in or to any of your Content. If you created it, it’s yours. If any piece of it was created by someone else you need the permission, license or authorization to upload this Content or share it. We do not claim we own any of it.

By using our Services you guarantee that you have, for each file, all required permissions, including from copyright and other intellectual property rights holders, to distribute, transfer, store and/or make available online as part of our Services. Are obscene, defamatory, indecent or unlawful,

Promote racism, violence or hatred;

Are factually inaccurate, false, misleading or deceptive;

You don’t have the right to copy and/or transfer;

Infringe, violate or misappropriate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, including data protection rights, and/or any other kind of rights;

Infringe on or violate any applicable law;

Promote gambling, or the sale or use of liquor, tobacco products or illicit drugs.

Provided content:

Content is provided to you AS IS. You understand that when using the easyupload.io Services easyupload.io is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive or objectionable for any reason, and you agree to waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against EasyUpload.io to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyUpload.io, its owners, and operators to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to any Content and your use of the Services. You understand and agree that Easyupload.io reserves the right to delete, move, or edit any Content that it may determine violates the Agreement and/or Privacy Policy or is otherwise unacceptable and may terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. This is not limited to Content that violates our terms but it is valid for any Content. Easyupload.io may delete, edit or close any account without any responsibility to inform any of its’ users.

When Easyupload.io removes or disables Content for policy violations, the user may face account termination without any prior notice. Easyupload.io reserves the right to determine what is harmful to its users, operations, including any activities that restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Services. Complaints about violators of our policies should be submitted to our abuse department. Each complaint will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

Easyupload.io reserves the right to terminate your access to any Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. The terms of the Agreement and Privacy Policy shall survive any termination of your access to the Services.

You agree that, by using our services, your actions on our website are logged and we can share our logs with government agencies if needed.

Reporting a Copyright Infringement

We are too strict about preventing distribution of copyrighted material, when you make a valid claim, we will remove the content ASAP.

Premium Services & Refund Policy

Easyupload.io offers premium services including :

1)      One time no bandwith limit download which enables a single download of a single file for one time without any bandwith limit. Download speed may change according to server load but we will not limit your download speed.

2)      Premium Membership, which gives you 100GB storage of your own and ability to upload files up to 100GB instead of 10GB limit and also download with 40Mbit/second instead of 400KB/second.

Easyupload.io can terminate your account without prior notice and without a refund.

Refund is not possible for one time no bandwith limit download service and/or Premium membership.

Limitation of Liability

Easyupload.io SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES , EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL Easyupload.io ACCEPTS LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50. IN STATES, COUNTRIES OR TERRITORIES NOT ALLOWING EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, Easyupload.io SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

The Services are controlled and offered by Easyupload.io from its facilities in Turkey and its’ servers all around the world. Those who access or use the Services from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local law.

BOTH THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Easyupload.io DOESN’T MAKE WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OR CONTENT OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICES.

Easyupload.io DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY FILE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR SIMILAR ABUSIVE FEATURES. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME Easyupload.io IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR FOR ANY VIOLATION OF ITS AGREEMENT.

Easyupload.io ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT, PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY KIND OF DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED, ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN OR SIMILAR WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR ANY ERRORS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES. Easyupload.ip DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES OR ANY HYPERLINKED SERVICES OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND Easyupload.io WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICE.

Take Down Notice and Requirements

Easyupload.io respects your rights and expects that you respect the rights of others. In the event that Easyupload.io finds or is notified of unlawful files or content being distributed through it’s Service, we will follow the procedures describe below:

Any person or organization that makes a Report (“Notifier”) has the duty to ensure that it is correct and complete.

Easyupload.io should be able to verify the Report. A Report should include at least the following information:

1. Notifier’s contact details, name, function, organisation, address, email address);
2. All information Easyupload.io needs in order to evaluate the lawfulness of the disputed content, including its location (URL);
3. Unlawfulness of the content, or why it is in conflict with Easyupload.io's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

The investigation will take place ASAP but at most up to 5 business days. All the reports should be sent to [email protected] .

Indemnity and Liability

These Terms of Service are governed by Turkish law. These Terms of Service will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Turkish Law applies to this agreement and any conflicts between you and us.

Any disputes regarding these Terms of Service will be submitted to the Court that has jurisdiction under Turkish law.
